Hi, I’m Jamie Sandoval, a dedicated home inspector who believes that when it comes to your home, the details matter.
My journey into home inspection started with a genuine passion for homes and a desire to help people make confident, informed decisions. Before I ever took on my first client, I invested two full years into hands-on, in-depth training. I wanted to be sure that when I stepped into someone’s home, I had the expertise and professionalism to do the job right. I continue to participate in weekly trainings to stay current with evolving building standards, safety codes, and inspection techniques. Homes are always evolving and I believe my knowledge should, too.
Outside of work, I’m a family man through and through. I love traveling, exploring new places, and making memories with my family; this is what keeps me most grounded and inspired. I also enjoy spending time outdoors: hiking, fishing, hunting or just a quiet day in nature. These experiences remind me why coming home to a safe, well-built home is so important.
